Dynamics 365 is terrific—except when it’s not. Of course, it’s a powerful CRM, ERP, and finance environment that is highly configurable and customizable to an individual organization.  Unfortunately, due it’s complexity and customizability, it can experience a wide variety of maintenance and upgrade issues.

These factors can lead to non-functional features, scalability problems, performance issues, and overall outages.  Expecting that any software vendor can account for and test each implementation’s customizations is not practical.
