He is a seasoned management executive with experience in various key roles like business consulting, corporate strategy, and business development. He also shares expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, risk management, and business process re-engineering. Vishak is responsible for creating the business strategy for hyper-growth and leads the business development, product creation, and customer experience at Pyramid Consulting. He oversees all strategic and operational functions of the group. Before joining Celsior, Vishak worked in the technology and management consulting industry and serviced Banking and Financial Services clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He comes from a family of educators and believes that the right guidance can unlock hidden potential.

Dutt Kalluri is an executive level technology leader and a proponent of digital transformation, with over 25 years of experience in transforming IT and operations for global enterprises.

His digital transformation experience includes aligning business and technology strategy, defining organizational models for agility, technology architectures, data management, emerging technologies, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Celsior, Dutt held global leadership roles at Broadridge, BlueOrbit Solutions, Deloitte, and L&T Infotech.

He led various transformation programs for large global clients across industries including financial services, insurance, aerospace and defense, Retail & CPG, manufacturing.

Dutt holds an Industrial Engineering Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from National Computing Center, UK. He is the Senior Advisor for Digital Transformation at The Institute for Robotic Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence (IRPA AI).

Ritesh is the Vice President of Digital Solutions and Delivery and has been with Celsior’s team since 2012. Before joining Celsior, Ritesh worked as a lead client advocate. On an average day, Ritesh is busy providing leadership to his peers and championing customer technology. He often collaborates with other IT leaders to build dynamic client solutions. He is most excited by solving unique business conundrums and working with his fellow high-achieving team members. When not in the office, Ritesh loves to go on long walks through town to unwind from the day.

Randall McCroskey is an executive level technology leader that helps IT executives execute digital transformation, with over 25 plus years of experience in transforming technology and business operations for SMC and global enterprises.

His experience in this digital world, helps companies trying to innovate in a way that engages and serves their customers by helping them move to technology that enables them to do business in an easier, faster, and secure environment while navigating digital transformation quickly and cost-effectively.

Prior to joining Celsior, Randall held North American leadership roles at Unisys, Intelligroup and Mincom LTD, now ABB.

He has worked with small and large global clients across industries including financial services, insurance, mining and utilities, retail & CPG, manufacturing.

Randall holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Piedmont University.

Abhishek Agarwal’s near 20-year career has spanned leading technology System Integration Firms. As a relationship-oriented leader, he helps drive strategic Business and IT alignment enabling customer success.

He brings extensive experience in envisioning, structuring, and managing complex, transformational enterprise engagements focused on multi-year, managed services led strategic initiatives with CXO visibility.

Prior to joining Celsior, Abhishek held key roles at HCL, Infosys and TCS.

He has originated, structured, and led global Fortune 500 customer relationships across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, Manufacturing and Retail industries.

Abhishek holds an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird (Arizona) and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Delhi University (India). He is consumed with the inflexion of technology and business strategy and enjoys writing and speaking on these themes.

Barbara Davis is the director of Technology Operations, with over 25 years of experience supporting client’s operations and service delivery requirements for Service Desk and Field Service organizations.

Her expertise includes development of Service Desk roadmaps and strategies, driving technology through automation, building out Operational/Service Desk/Field Tech Services collateral.

Prior to joining Celsior Technologies, Barbara held global delivery leadership roles at GM, EDS, HPE, DXC, Perspecta and Peraton.

She led Service Delivery for large global clients across industries including financial services, healthcare, government, transportation, and insurance.

Barbara is a certified Service Desk industry professional. She holds ITIL Foundations and Practitioners certifications in IT Service and Incident Management/Service Desk. Barbara is a proud supporter and coach of Special Olympics Southwest Ohio.

Carl Johanson is the Sr. Director, Platforms, with over 30 years of experience creating and maturing US and global QA organizations.

His expertise includes creating the right QA solution that provides value for a wide range of organizations and quality needs, at the strategic and tactical levels.

Prior to joining Celsior Technologies, Carl held leadership roles at Travelport, Verizon, 3M Health Information Systems, ACI Worldwide, Thompson Reuters and Northrup Grumman.

He led mid-sized to global QA organizations across industries including Travel & Entertainment, Telecom, Healthcare, Financial Services, Aerospace and Defense.

Carl holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA, both from Hofstra University.

Iain is a security and compliance expert with 20+ years of experience building, leading, and transforming global technology, security & GRC programs at fortune 500 and midmarket organizations.

Iain’s expertise is focused on information and cyber security by bridging IT, Cloud, Data Center, End User, and Network as well as UCC through transformation to modern security platforms such as ZeroTrust.

Before joining Celsior Technologies, Iain honed his leadership skills in The British Army and held senior leadership and management roles with JPMorgan Chase, McKesson, Infor Global, and KPMG IT Advisory.

He’s led 3 successful startups to sale, focused on HIPAA compliant medical systems, IT Forensics, and Managed Security. He’s also transformed technology and security programs at global organizations in Manufacturing. Logistics, and Financial Services.
